COOKIE POLICY

What are cookies?

A cookie is a file that is downloaded to your device in order to store data that can be updated and retrieved by the entity responsible for its installation.

Consent

We inform you that we may use cookies on your device provided that you have given your consent, except in cases where cookies are necessary for browsing our website. If you give your consent, we may use cookies that will allow us to obtain more information about your preferences and personalize our website according to your individual interests.

What are cookies used for on this website?

We use our own and third-party cookies to improve our services, personalize our website, facilitate user navigation, provide you with a better experience using the website, identify problems to improve it, perform usage measurements and statistics, and show you advertising related to your preferences by analyzing your use of the website.

We use our own and third-party cookies for various purposes, such as recognizing you as a user, obtaining information about your browsing habits, performing usage measurements and statistics, personalizing how content is displayed, or improving the range of products or services we show you.

You can see the specific purposes of each cookie in the list of cookies when you access the Settings Panel.

You can consult and configure cookies by accessing here:

Types
  • Technical cookies. These allow the user to browse a website, platform, or application and use the different options or services available, including those used by the publisher to manage and operate the website and enable its functions and services, such as controlling traffic and data communication, identifying the session, accessing restricted areas, remembering the items in an order, carrying out the purchase process, managing payment, controlling fraud related to the security of the service, registering or participating in an event, counting visits for software license billing purposes, using security elements during browsing, storing content for video or audio dissemination, enabling dynamic content (e.g., loading animation of text or image), or sharing content via social networks.
  • Personalization cookies. These allow information to be remembered so that the user accesses the service with certain features that may differentiate their experience from that of other users, such as language, the number of results to display when the user performs a search, the appearance or content of the service depending on the type of browser used to access the service or the region from which the service is accessed, etc.
  • Measurement cookies. These allow information to be remembered so that the user accesses the service with certain features that may differentiate their experience from that of other users, such as language, the number of results to display when the user performs a search, the appearance or content of the service depending on the type of browser used to access the service or the region from which the service is accessed, etc.
  • Behavioral advertising cookies. These store information on users’ behavior obtained through continuous observation of their browsing habits, which allows a specific profile to be developed to display advertising based on it.

Depending on their duration, cookies can be:

  • Session cookies: These are a type of cookie designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a website. They are usually used to store information that is only relevant for providing the service requested by the user on a single occasion (e.g., a list of purchased products) and disappear at the end of the session.
  • Persistent cookies: These are a type of cookie in which the data remains stored on the device and can be accessed and processed for a period defined by the cookie controller, which can range from a few minutes to several years.

Depending on the entity that manages them:

  • First-party cookies: These are sent to the user’s device from a device or domain managed by the publisher and from which the service requested by the user is provided.
  • Third-party cookies: These are sent to the user’s device from a device or domain that is not managed by the publisher, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies. If the cookies are served from a device or domain managed by the publisher, but the information collected through them is managed by a third party, they cannot be considered first-party cookies if the third party uses them for its own purposes, such as improving the services it provides or providing services, for example, advertising services, to other entities.
Consent

We inform you that we will only use cookies on your device if you have given your consent through the access banner and the settings enabled through the Settings Panel. The above does not apply in cases where cookies are necessary for browsing the device and/or to provide the service requested by the user (technical cookies). Technical cookies are exempt from the obligations established in Article 22 of the LSSI regarding the duty of information and obtaining consent (see definition of technical cookies).

Withdraw consent

The user may modify or withdraw their consent at any time by configuring the options in the Settings Panel. The user has permanent access to the Settings Panel through the link at the beginning of this Cookie Policy.

However, although we will keep the selection made by the user for a maximum of 24 months, we will periodically request the update of your consent. Likewise, if after obtaining your consent there is a change in the cookies, their purposes, or third parties, we will request your consent again.

For third-party cookies, please note that revocation procedures are managed and controlled exclusively by each provider. To delete them, you can do so from your browser options or from the system provided by the third party itself. Check the links we provide for this in the Settings Panel.

In any case, the user may, at any time, allow, block, or delete cookies as well as erase their browsing data (including cookies) from the browser installed on their device. Check your browser’s options and instructions for this:

Disabling all cookies does not prevent navigation through the service.

Personal data protection

Some cookies may involve the processing of personal data, that is, when the user is identified by a name or email address (for example, as a registered user), through the IP address, or when unique identifiers are used that allow users to be distinguished from each other and individually tracked (for example, advertising ID). To learn about the processing of personal data, see our Personal Data Protection Policy here.

Changes to the Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy may be modified when required by current legislation at any time or when there is any change in the type of cookies used.
